Secure your share before the round opens.

WanderVerse is opening a Regulation Crowdfunding round — letting community members invest in the ecosystem they use. Starting at $100. No accreditation required. The waitlist gets first notification and allocation.

  • WanderSafe is live. LGBTQ+ travel safety intelligence — community-verified, real-time. Already serving the community.
  • WanderHaven™ Network is deployed. Off-grid safety mesh — Meshtastic-based, offline-capable, zero tracking.
  • Ambassador Program launching. 1099 contractor roles transitioning to W-2 employment + PrideFund savings for community members hired from the community we serve.
  • 501(c)(3) nonprofit structure. WIOA + SSA EN revenue (~$32K/hire). Multiple non-dilutive funding rails before a single dollar of VC.

What Is Regulation Crowdfunding?

SEC-regulated community ownership.
No accreditation required.

What it is
Reg CF
Lets any company raise up to $5M from the general public. Not just accredited investors. Ordinary people can invest and own real equity.
Minimum investment
$100
You don't need to be wealthy to invest. Reg CF is specifically designed for community-scale ownership. $100 buys you an actual stake.
Maximum raise
Reg CF cap
WanderVerse plans to raise up to the then-current Reg CF limit. Exact terms — valuation, equity %, instrument type — disclosed in our Form C before the round opens.
Our platform
Wefunder
Better for mission-driven and community-focused raises. Strong track record with LGBTQ+ and social impact companies. Warm, narrative-forward for first-time investors.
Timeline
2027–2028
SEC requires Form C before any securities can be solicited. We're preparing that now. Waitlist members get first access the day the round opens.
After the round
Annual reports
WanderVerse files annual reports with the SEC detailing financial performance and use of funds. Full transparency — required by law, consistent with our values.

What You're Backing

85+ products across software, hardware, and smart home.

This is not a single app. It's a complete counter-ecosystem — privacy-first replacements for the mainstream tools that harvest LGBTQ+, disabled, and marginalized people's data.

Software & Digital — 38 products

Safety intelligence, health data, finance OS, privacy tools, identity advocacy, community platforms, creative tools. Local-first. Lifetime access for Founding Members.

Personal Hardware — 9 products

WanderPhone™ (GrapheneOS), WanderTrack™ (open wearable), WanderNode™ (dev hardware), WanderRouter™, WanderDrive™, WanderCompass™ (offline GPS), WanderSpeaker™, WanderMesh™, WanderPC™. No cloud dependency.

Smart Home Replacements — 29+ products

Every cloud-dependent smart home device — Ring, Nest, Wyze, Roomba, Philips Hue, ecobee, August, SimpliSafe — replaced with a local version. No subscription. No police integration. No data harvesting.

The Path

We've seen this before. Proton proved it works.

Proton — 2014
$550K
Raised on Indiegogo from 10,576 backers. Hit $100K in 3 days. Simple story: "CERN researchers building encrypted email." No VC. Community-first.
Proton — 2022
$100M
First institutional investment — on their own terms, after 50M+ users and years of profitable subscription revenue. $500M+ ARR. Mission intact.
WanderVerse has advantages Proton didn't
  • 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm — WIOA funding, SSA EN revenue (~$32K/hire), AmeriCorps, $100K+/yr in free software
  • Ambassador workforce model — community delivery without corporate labor costs; non-extractive, mission-aligned
  • Multiple non-dilutive revenue streams — before a single dollar of VC, before a single round of equity
  • Reg CF community round — Proton used Indiegogo perks. WanderVerse's community gets actual equity.

Ownership Structure

You get economic rights. Mission control stays with the nonprofit.

WanderVerse is being built to be impossible to sell for parts. Here's exactly how the ownership is structured — before you invest, you should understand it.

What Reg CF investors get — Class B shares
  • Economic participation in revenue and growth
  • Full SEC disclosure via Form C
  • Annual reporting as required by Reg CF
  • No single investor can hold more than 10%
What stays with the mission — Class A shares
  • Voting control — held by Michael Eisinger, then transferred to WWP 501(c)(3)
  • Acquisition veto — no sale without WWP board + community vote
  • Mission lock via Public Benefit Corporation conversion (pre-Reg CF)
  • Data protection — local-first architecture makes data extraction architecturally impossible
Already operational — not planned

Eisinger Holdings LLC and Wandering With Pride Inc. (501(c)(3)) were both founded by Michael Eisinger. The LLC already donates software and hardware to WWP. WWP currently runs WanderSafe as a nonprofit program. Commercial revenue from WanderVerse flows to the mission from day one — not after some future milestone. By the time Reg CF opens, this structure will be formalized through the PBC conversion and share class establishment.
