What We Collect

When you purchase a Founding Member tier, we collect:

Name and email address — provided during checkout
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
Purchase record — tier, amount, and date, retained for accounting and to fulfill your lifetime access

When you submit a notify-me or contact form:

Email address — used only to notify you when the tier you requested opens

How We Use Your Data

To process your payment and confirm your Founding Member status
To send you product updates, access credentials, and founding-member communications
To notify you when a requested tier becomes available
To comply with legal and tax obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties. Ever.

Data Processors

Stripe — payment processing (privacy policy)
Netlify — form submission hosting (privacy policy)
Resend — transactional email delivery

These processors receive only the data necessary to perform their function. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or behavioral tracking tools on this site.

Data Retention

Purchase records are retained for 7 years as required by US tax law. Notify-me email addresses are deleted once you've been notified or when a tier permanently closes. You can request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you (subject to legal retention requirements). Email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. Stripe may set cookies on their checkout pages governed by their policy.

Children

WanderVerse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes

Material changes will update the date above and be communicated to Founding Members by email.
