Just a Quick Hi

Hey. Quick post, mostly just a test to confirm this thing is actually live and working.

For anyone who doesn't know me: I'm Mike Eisinger. Currently finishing my M.A. in Holocaust and Genocide Studies at West Chester University. This May, I'm heading to Rwanda for 19 days. The timing puts us there during the 20th anniversary of the genocide, which is not incidental — it's the whole point.

Set this blog up so I can share the experience as it happens. Updates, photos, whatever I can actually get posted while working around the internet situation in-country. Some of it will go up in real time. Some will come after I'm home and have had time to process what I've seen.

That's it for now. More to come soon.
